Susie is an independent social psychologist, with a specific focus on the psychology of leadership, social identity, emotional intelligence and psychological resilience. She has worked in the public sector for twenty years in behavioural science research and policy analysis, leading multi-disciplinary teams across defence, security, home and foreign affairs.
Susie has a First in Applied Psychology (Surrey University), a Distinction is Social Psychology (LSE) and is currently undertaking a PhD in social identity and resilience at Sussex University. She is a qualified BPS Test User, Ability (formerly Level A) & Personality Assessment (formerly Level B), and Qualified NEO PI-R Personality Test User, and psychological coach. Susie's professional affiliations include being a Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), International Society for Political Psychology (ISPP) and International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP). Susie is currently focused on completing her PhD and will return to fuller engagement with Leading 4 Life towards the end of the year.
